In this program, I can guide with the skills, habits, and mindset shifts in transitioning into a more Whole Foods plant based way of life. You will learn how to eat a well balanced Whole Foods plant-based diet, how to cook satisfying and nutritious meals, stress free grocery shopping while saving money, know how to order at restaurants, improve your health and immune system, and much more. This is not a restrictive, calorie counting, or macro counting type of program. You will learn how to slowly remove unhealthy and processed foods, and replace them with delicious nourishing ones.
As a Vegan myself, I am passionate about helping you make this journey a smooth, exciting, and enjoyable one. This program is designed to give you all the support, accountability, tools, and education you need to stick to this lifestyle.
