Hi, I’m Erin Wheless, a Holistic Midlife Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping you in midlife feel strong, energized, confident, and supported through every stage of menopause and beyond.

I know firsthand how overwhelming this season of life can feel.

Like many women, I experienced the impact of chronic stress, sleep struggles, hormonal changes, burnout, and the emotional and physical shifts that often come during perimenopause and menopause. I felt exhausted, disconnected from my body, frustrated with conflicting wellness advice, and unsure how to truly feel better again.

That experience changed everything for me.

Instead of chasing quick fixes or restrictive approaches, I began taking a deeper, more holistic look at health and wellness. Through education, certifications, research, and personal transformation, I discovered that true wellness comes from supporting the whole person…mind, body, and lifestyle together.

And that’s exactly what I now help other women do.

Today, I combine evidence-based wellness strategies with compassionate, personalized coaching to help you navigate midlife with more energy, resilience, strength, confidence, and balance.

My approach focuses on sustainable wellness, not perfection.

My ultimate goal is to help you embrace this new chapter so you can live fully and thrive!
