I am a passionate Health and Fitness Professional who thrives on helping to improve your Health, Fitness, Wellness, and Quality of Life.
My Health and Fitness journey has been a long one and one that had many up and downs.
I have always been passionate about helping others and in the wellness world for a very long time.
At a very young age, I have always experienced digestive issues, bloating, and uncomfortable feelings any I consumed dairy. This had been a struggle since I was born. I knew my body was trying to tell me something for a while, and I always seem to ignore it.
I then developed asthma, my cholesterol was high, and I was experiencing heartburn now and then. I felt like my body was rebelling against me and trying to tell me something.
I knew I needed to stop the madness and change to find a better way of life for myself and my overall health.
This is where eating a Whole Foods balance diet came into play, which helped me finally feel like a normal person. I started to reduce or eliminate the foods that were causing disturbances within my body and started moving more.
However, I struggled with perfecting my diet and was confused about exercise programs, losing fat, and adding muscle.
Ultimately, I tried specific programs or diets that did not work for me. At that time, I didn’t know that everyone’s body is different and that not one diet, program, or fitness routine would work.
Along with limitations and the psychological part, our mind can prevent us from reaching a goal in life as we do tend to get in our own way at times.
This brought me deeper into the health, nutrition, and wellness part wanting to learn more for myself and help others.
I then needed to work on myself in general from the inside out-mentally and physically, which lead me early in 2019 to quit my job out of the blue with no job lined up. I had struggled with stress and burnout from being overworked, going through the motions, and in a toxic working environment in a career, I did not feel happy or passionate about anymore. I knew there was something else out there that was my sole purpose in life. Finally, after quitting my job from extreme burnout and anxiety, a lightbulb came on a few months later, and I discovered my true calling as a Health, Wellness, & Fitness Coach.
I thrive on helping and motivating others into a healthier way of life, improving their quality of life, being in a more Zen state of mind, and helping them obtain a stronger body and mind through a holistic approach. I want to help them be the best version of themselves and want to help make a difference in their life, one small step at a time.
