I am a passionate Health and Fitness Professional who thrives on helping to improve your Health, Fitness, Wellness, and Quality of Life.

My Health and Fitness journey has been a long one and one that had many up and downs.

At first, my journey leads me in 2008 to eat plant-based as my body seem to work better eating a whole food plant-based diet, then I switched to more vegan due to my body rebelling against me.
You may ask why to go so drastically to a plant-based diet. I was experiencing heartburn every time I ate chicken, digestive issues when eating red meat, bloating, and massive digestive issue with anything dairy (which has been a struggle for a long time in my life). I knew my body was trying to tell me something for a while, and I always seem to ignore it.

I knew I needed to stop the madness and make a change finding a way life that was better for me and my overall health.

This is where eating a Whole Foods balance diet came into play, and something I practice with all my clients if they are meat eaters, flexitarians, or plant-based easter.

I slowly choose more whole foods of veggies, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts or seeds, lean proteins, and healthy fat options. I also reduced the foods that were causing me problems. In doing this, I felt better, happier, my cholesterol lowered, and I had glowing skin.

However, I was still struggling with a few health aspects, confused about perfecting my diet and exercise program and losing fat along with adding muscle.

I had tried specific programs or diets that, in the end, just did not work for me. I didn’t know that everyone’s body is different and that not one diet, program, or fitness routine will work. Along with limitations and the psychological part, our mind can prevent us from reaching a goal in life. This brought me deeper into the health, nutrition, and wellness part wanting to learn more for myself and help others.

I then needed to work on myself in general from the inside out-mentally and physically, which lead me early in 2019 to quit my job out of the blue with no job lined up. I had struggled with stress and burnout from being overworked, going through the motions, and in a toxic working environment in a career that I did not feel happy or passionate about anymore. I knew there was something else out there that was my sole purpose in life. Finally, after quitting my job from extreme burnout and anxiety, a lightbulb came on a few months later, and I discovered my true calling as a Health, Wellness, & Fitness Coach.

I thrive on helping and motivating others into a healthier way of life, improving their quality of life being in a more Zen state of mind, and helping them obtain a stronger body and mind. I want to help them be the best version of themselves and want to help make a difference in their life, one small step at a time.
