The TRX® System, also known as Total Body Resistance eXercise uses Suspension Training® in which it utilizes your total body strength including your core providing muscular and cardiovascular. Doing TRX® workouts through suspension training and endurance training have many benefits making it a great circuit and strength training exercise. When incorporating it with in your weekly program not only does it improve your strength, it also helps with improving your mobility and stability.
I have the training and knowledge in TRX® Systems like Suspension Training®, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Medicine Balls, and more. I can help you change up your workout and get the results you are looking for.
