My Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching program is designed to meet your needs precisely when they arise, ensuring your goals are always within reach, no matter how they may evolve. I approach my clients holistically, adapting my methods to suit their individual requirements. Each week and month, we’ll customize and tailor your coaching sessions to ensure steady progress toward your objectives. 

In my comprehensive Holistic Wellness programs, you’ll receive a complete 360-degree approach, covering every aspect of your well-being. The tiered pricing packages are crafted to accommodate customization and in-depth coaching tailored to your specific needs, goals, and budget.

Get a 60 min Initial Consultation Assessment & Goal Setting call at the beginning PLUS, YOU GET monthly 1:1 Coaching Session (depending on package and length and amount of sessions depend on the tiered package you buy)

Monthly Recipe Pack, Meal Plan samples w/ shopping list, and additional recipes and meal plans based on your needs (more depending on your tier & customization you may need)

Get a customized Holistic approach working with you as a WHOLE Mind, Body, & Spirit. To give you exactly what you need when you need it and help you reach your goals, no matter how those needs may change.

Get Daily Motivation, Support, Guidance, & Accountability. Weekly Check-ins, End of Week Reviews, Monthly Check-ins, along with coaching sessions. 24/7 Messaging in App with your coach.

Get Custom-tailored workouts just for you scheduled by a Fitness Coach, ranging from 5 to 30 minutes (depending on package and customization and the amount depending on the tiered package) AND Access to the On-Demand library.

Private Group Chat to help with accountability to push you to reach your goals and a fantastic community to keep you motivated. FREE Access to Monthly challenges & special programs that come up. (depending on the tiered package)

In-depth Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coaching, Habit+ Mindset, Fitness, & Life Coaching (customization and coaching depend on the tiered package)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

I offer various tiered services in my 360 Holistic Wellness Program, so the application helps me gauge if the program is a good fit for you and will help me get to know you better. After applying, you will be directed to book your FREE 30-minute consultation to discuss any questions you may have, see what you are looking for in your wellness journey, and how I can help you. During this call, we will discuss your limitations, setbacks, personal roadblocks, goals, and needs.

The most important step is setting goals so you know what direction you are going and have a plan of action. Based on your goals and need, I will then create a strategic and customized 360 Holistic Wellness plan to transform you into a better version of YOU from the inside out. It will take some commitment on your part, but in the end, it will be worth your hard work. I will not change your entire life, diet, or routine, but we will be making small tweaks, additions, or removals each week. This helps make the transition easier and helps you reach your goals into a healthier, better version of YOU. I will help you achieve optimal health-nutrition-fitness goals, educate and guide you, keep your motivation, and provide you with accountability and support. I firmly believe that knowledge is a key driver to long-term sustained success.
