How Long Does the Coaching Process Take?
The coaching process varies depending on your individual goals and needs. I recommend committing to at least to 3 months to start seeing results and feeling the difference. Some clients may benefit from a few months to address specific concerns, while others may choose to work with me on an ongoing basis for continued support and growth.
Is Coaching done in Person or Virtually?
I offer virtual coaching sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule. Coaching is done through my wellness app, messaging through the app daily, and depending on your package, coaching call sessions can be done on the phone or virtual Zoom, making it convenient and accessible for clients no matter your schedule and location.
Are You Just A Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer?
No, my expertise extends far beyond the realm of fitness coaching. While I am well-versed in physical well-being, my qualifications include certifications in nutrition, menopause management, sleep, stress management, recovery methods, and transformation techniques.
